Physical Description
As an Elan, Lagarn's appearance is less that of a man, and more that of the archetype of a man-a projection of the perfect being of a human being. Ageless, his psychokinesis ensures that his form is always immaculate and pristine, belaying his sense of vanity. That being said, Lagarn is fairly lanky and pale, his hair a bleached blueish white. Other than that and the silver rimmed glasses, his most noteworthy feature is a third eye, carefully hidden behind his bangs, a center for his psionic focus.
Personality Description
Lagarn is nothing if not competitive. Though extremely analytical, Lagarn can at times lose sight of the forest for the trees, as he absolutely detests defeat. He is prideful and prone to self-reliance, though he is the first to dictate a series of commands whenever in a group, always trying to eke out the last bit of effectiveness from all the "resources" at his disposal. Still, despite this cold and impersonal attitude, Lagarn does still consider his allies to be important to him, not just as resources, but also as friends-as individuals he feels a responsibility towards. To have his friends come to harm is a form of failure, and he certainly can't have that.

Using Nergal's Wand, Lagarn hurtled a trio of Illithid off a ledge while the party pursued Asulian.
Anti-climax
Lagarn threw Moonbeam off a ledge, temporarily denying Samara he final battle against the fop.
The Man with two Brains
Lagarn is currently possessed by Semiazas.
Mist Slayer
Lagarn single handedly destroyed no less than two avatars of the mist.
Raiders of Xaphan's Lair
Lagarn obtained a series of high level magical items from Xaphan's Lair.
I find it hard to focus on pie when there's work to be done.
